Local Produce From The North Fork Of Long Island Jarred At Its Peak
Confit - Chutney - Marmellata - Tartufo - Tapenade
Chef David lived in Florence, Italy while training for two years by some of the most recognized chefs in the world. Prior to completion he established a well known presence around New York specifically on the east end of Long Island as head chef at many prominent establishments. In 2020 SayChef was established and caters to farmers markets around the island and New York City as well as private events for celebrities and anyone else who is interested.
We believe that the key to great food is great ingredients. That's why we only use the freshest, highest-quality ingredients in all of our dishes. We source our produce from local farmers on the north fork of Long Island and we are committed to using organic and non-GMO ingredients whenever possible. We also make everything from scratch in our kitchen, so you can be sure that your meal is fresh and flavorful.
For our production we take a unique method of using our local produce and the elements of earth to seal our recipes into mason jars. Water and Fire are incorporated into a jars. A method used for many years. These jars will last up to 18 months unopened and stay fresh for further time in the fridge unopened. An invention by John Landis Mason on November 30, 1858
